Frank McCann Mr. McCann, President and General Manager, has been in the investigative business for over 40 years with more than 20 years specializing in insurance type investigations. Mr. McCann had a distinguished military career; retired after 30 years of service, with 20 years in Army Intelligence as an investigator. His background includes counterintelligence, area intelligence, drug investigation and language training. He also has 13 years experience as a claims investigator and general manager of a major company that specialized in insurance investigations. This training and experience provided him with the necessary tools and seasoning to start Mac-Sea Enterprises in March 1991. More recently, Mr. McCann has attended several seminars and short courses involving claims services and investigations. He has also attended several management seminars over the years. Mr. McCann is the Pennsylvania PI license holder.
Jack Chapman Mr. Chapman joined Mac-Sea as Operations Manager in October 1996. Mr. Chapman also came to Mac-Sea from government service with over 27 years experience as an intelligence operations specialist and a retired US Army Reserve Officer. He has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and graduate work in International Studies. His training includes counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigation and analysis, language and military science. Using his background, training, and leadership skills, Mr. Chapman directs the daily operations of Mac-Sea and is a senior field investigator. Mr. Chapman is the New York and Ohio PI license holder.
Lisa Morgan Mrs. Morgan is the Administrative Manager and has been with Mac-Sea since September 1993. She joined the company while attending college. Mrs. Morgan holds a degree in Criminal Justice. Because of her education and her experience with data systems, she has the unique ability to support the requirements of the investigators “in the field” as well as manage the demands of the Corporate Office. In addition, Mrs. Morgan is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
